Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI), along with DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) were selected to serve as the Construction Manager for this ambitious 100,000 square foot patient tower. Community Health Center In 2003, Brockton Neighborhood Health Center (BNHC) contracted with MBI and DAI for the design and construction of a 5-story Community Health Center located in the center of Brockton. The goal of this project was to consolidate programs previously scattered throughout the city of Brockton into one centralized location.
